I am a 5th year undergraduate student at the National Technical University Of Athens (Athens Polytechnic). I study towards a diploma in Electrical & Computer Engineering (EECS).

My studies are now focused more on three major fields :

-> Computer Software (Programming Languages, Algorithms and Complexity, Databases, Artificial Intelligence, graph theory, etcetera);

-> Hardware (Digital, Computer, Operating Systems, Microprocessors, etcetera);

-> Networks (Communication, Computer, Neural, Wireless, Mobile, Wide Area, etcetera).

My scientific interests mostly include Complexity, Networks, Information Theory, Algorithms, Computer Programming, Physics(Statistical, Computational, Applied etc), Mathematics, Game theory.

[Summer 2007] I participated at the proceedings of the ISC-PIF, International Summer School in Complexity, Paris, France. I participated at both periods of the summer school, the first of which was called "Advanced Thematic Introductions", that took place between 30July-10August. The second phase was called "Theory And Practice". The summer school was organized by the Institute Des Systemes Complexes, CREA, Ecole Polytechnique.

During the Summer School I had the opportunity and pleasure, to attend lectures(among others) by Prof. Douglas White of the UC Irvine, Prof. Cris Moore of the Santa Fe Institute, Prof. Dave Feldman of the Santa Fe Institute and of the College Of The Atlantic, Prof. Yves Burnod of the Paris VI, Hugues Chates of the CEA. The lectures covered diversified topics varying from Social Dynamics and Networks, Computational and Statistical Complexity, Statistical Physics, Cellular Automata, Pattern Recognition, Self-Organized Structures, etcetera.
