Haifeng Du's program computes the coefficients but Sergei Maslov's Matlab Programs can be downloaded to make color figures of assortativity, as discussed in his article with Kim Sneppen: Specificity and Stability in Topology of Protein Networks 2002 Science 296:910-913.
