According to BlueCoat K9 Web Protection (the best piece of software I've ever installed), the "FREE Scan" links on this website are categorized as spyware and/or malware. While it is possible that they are not, there is a good chance that they are.

Now, regardless of whether this site can help you, there is a much better, if not simpler, way of going about this. Meet your new best friend, http://www.download.com. It is the premiere website for downloading software that is completely spyware/malware free. My recommendations are below:

Anti-spyware/Anti-malware ....Lavasoft Ad-Aware ....Spybot - Search & Destory ....SuperAntiSpyware (Free Edition)
