I have been working on a project which is an ethnographic study of recycling practices under Prof. Hutchins in the Cognitive Science department, which we spoke briefly about last week. Most of my data is in the form of cultural models and analysis of access to information. I am interested in finding a way to convey this information visually, but I am not sure how to apply the programming techniques which are being presented in class to my type of data (which is qualitative rather than quantitative).
