Ok I fixed the code bugs (at least the ones I am aware of) and I incorporated your feedback. See the extra parameters in two_stage_ols and impute functions to let you control things like how many significant digits you want to use, etc.

So should all work now with one caveat: my current rewrite does not take multiple weight matrices but only one. The reason is because to make this as general as possible, hardcoding in 2 weight matrices doesn't make sense. That being said I can add some code to handle an arbitrary number of weight matrices if you like, with 2 being a special case.

Here is how to run:
- create dir somewhere
- in that directory place the 3 attached files
- from that directory, decompress sccs.tar.gz so that the dir sccs is extracted
- Modify the 'setwd' (set working dir) command at the beginning of the impute_eff_dow.R and ols_eff_dow.R
- type: source("./impute_eff_dow.R") to run multiple imputation step
- type: source("./ols_eff_dow.R") to run 2 stage ols

You can play around with the ols_stats object by running the following command after the last step:

load("ols_stats.Rdata",.GlobalEnv) and typing things like
