  • [The easiest way to take an article past the peer review stage is to download the article to your computer, skip to the step 3. Editing screen and re-upload the file to the Layout screen. If the file is a Word or RTF file, upload it to the first line (Layout Version) and you'll get a Generate PDF button If the file is already a PDF, upload it to the second line (Galley Format).

Hi Doug,

It appears that you have changed the Assigned To: drop-down to "Me" instead of "All Editors." Resetting that to "All Editors" should make the article appear (There's a "Tip:" reminder at the bottom of each queue to remind you how to correct this in the future.)

The easiest way to take an article past the peer review stage is to download the article to your computer, skip to the step 3. Editing screen and re-upload the file to the Layout section. If the file is a Word or RTF file, upload it to the first line (Layout Version) and you'll get a Generate PDF button. If the file is already a PDF, upload it to the second line (Galley Format).
