How do i record myself with a mac webcam?

i have an macbook and want to record a video with the built-in web cam without being in an ichat or anything...how do i do that 1 week ago (Tiebreaker).

Answerer 1 open up imovie and if you are using imovie 08 go to file import from camera its on imovie hd under the video preview click the camera 1 week ago

Answerer 2 Your macbook comes with a program called "Photo Booth". Look for it in your applications folder. Open it and your built-in web cam will automatically turn on. (You'll see yourself looking at the screen.) In the window that pops up, look on the lower left hand and you'll see three buttons. The third one has a filmstrip icon. Click on it and you'll be able to start recording once you hit on the record button in the center. 1 week ago
