Surreptitious wiki edits are those made, for example, in Wikipedia, where valid reports of negligent behavior are surrepetitiously erased. As reported in the <NY Times Aug 27, 2007>. SFI undergraduate researcher Virgil Griffith created a research sensation by inventing <Wikiscanner>, which identifies the organizations behind <salacious anonymous edits> of their own websites. Edits of the <Parsons_Corporation> provides a leading example.
