Hi, Mr. McMahan,

Thank you for the good program. I followed the instruction to use igraph in R for Win32 to get some nice graph and cohesive blocking "k" identified.

My question is: does the program has a limitation on vertice numbers? I have a sequence of time cumulated .Net files. When I do cohesive blocking for 394 nodes with 420 links, the program took a while about 15 seconds, but worked fine.

However, when the nodes increased to 504 nodes with 566 links, the process of "gBlocks <- cohesive.blocks(g)" taking forever (I have it run for more than 18 hours.). I see the temp blocks file created but after that the CPU running high but not thing coming back.

The R program was not freezing, I can use "Esc" to stop the process. So, please direct me to the make the system handle bigger network. Thanks.
