Hi Doug, is there something that happened to the math parser? All my math formatting is gone now. Thanks, Jon Awbrey (talk) 06:00, 3 March 2015 (PST)

Fixed by Jon; DRW: somewhere low on the ISW main page is a link to how one turns the math parser on and off, apparently one of the few qualified users turned it off (maybe one of my grad PhD's by mistake), something you might learn to do, I don't remember the steps but instructions are there. is the mother of ISW and explains the math parser as well.

Talk pages - go to these sites --- apparently, yes (Jon Awbrey: Did you fix the problem?): Doug. - I've notified Jon Nilsson at UCI for Tech help. P.S. ISW = InterSciWiki. A few years ago I lost the math parser, studied up, found what happened, how it works, and stored the math elements instructions in ISW.

Internet Archive not archiving pages

Hi Doug,

Did somebody change the Robots.txt to exclude ISW pages from archiving? It just happened around midnight. Jon Awbrey (talk) 21:40, 14 April 2017 (PDT)

Here is what I get when I try to get an Internet Archive (Wayback Machine) page:

All it says right now is:

This URL has been excluded from the Wayback Machine.

Usually that has something to do with a setting on the site's Robots.txt page.

They've been updating the Wayback Machine a lot lately, but I don't get the same problem on my other blog or wiki sites. Jon Awbrey (talk) 10:28, 15 April 2017 (PDT)

Submitted a query on the Internet Archive feedback form

I submitted a query on the Internet Archive feedback form:

It appears that all the pages at the followings site are excluded from archiving.

That started happening only last week.

I messaged the site manager and he wasn't aware of making any changes.

Thank you,

Jon Awbrey
